The Missing Adult Alert activated Wednesday for a 92-year-old Westchester man has been canceled.
Peekskill Police located him and he is safe, the New York State Public Safety Department said.

A Missing Person Alert was issued Wednesday evening related to the disappearance of a 92-year-old Westchester man.
Harold Hess is a white, 5-foot-4, 140-pound vulnerable adult with early onset dementia and may be in need of medical attention. He was last seen on North MacQuesten Parkway in the city of Mount Vernon at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 28.
He was driving a green 2002 Hyundai XG (similar to the one pictured above in the second image) with New York registration SFX260. He was last seen wearing a black and yellow coat, a blue wool shirt, blue jeans, gray hat and white sneakers. He has white hair and blue eyes.
